I'm Petra.
For the past three-plus years, I've been embedded with the Berachain Foundation, focused on growth and security across a 350k+ member community, where trust, safety, and resilience are critical. I have built and scaled community surfaces from the ground up, hardened them against threats, and trained moderator teams to handle everything from onboarding new users to managing crises. I have also worked with top protocols building on Berachain, bringing the same focus to each one: growth, security, and team development.
My expertise spans community growth, acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives along with the infra behind them: Discord/Telegram ops, security audits, safe server setups, ticketing systems, advanced analytics, onboarding UX, and automations including AI powered support bots and tools. A major part of that work is making communities feel safe for real users through stronger server architecture, threat detection, moderation systems, and trust and safety operations. Just as important, I have built internal operations systems for documentation, contributor tracking, payment oversight, work history management, and new hire onboarding so teams can run with clearer accountability and less admin drag. I have also crafted onboarding documents and internal guides that make it easier for new contributors and employees to ramp up quickly. I collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering, turning community feedback into actionable insights and taking full ownership of community systems from strategy to execution.
On the community side, that work has included scaling 70k+ multilingual communities, coordinating global moderator and localization teams across 20+ languages, designing and hardening Discord servers for 10+ ecosystem projects, and running trust and safety operations with zero successful phishing incidents. I have also helped design quest systems, participation loops, and reward structures that guide users through new ecosystems and turn curiosity into deeper engagement. Beyond that, I have contributed to perk and utility systems, partner-facing growth campaigns, analytics and data surfaces, educational onboarding flows, and distribution tools that make ecosystem participation easier to understand and act on.
On the internal operations side, I have built the systems that keep teams running: documentation hubs, contributor records, payment workflows, work history tracking, onboarding processes, and the internal guides behind them. This has been core operational work, not side admin, giving teams clearer accountability, better visibility, faster ramp-up for new hires, and a much more scalable foundation for day to day execution.
The products on this site came directly from this work, built from hands-on experience across web3 ecosystems and refined into products that actually solve problems.
